1. General Provisions

newpluck is an online gaming and betting platform operated entirely in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the newpluck website and all of its associated services.

3.1 Prohibited Activities

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

newpluck reserves the right to suspend or cancel any deposit or withdrawal request in cases of suspected fraud, account verification issues, or rule violations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

newpluck offers bonuses and promotional offers to its members from time to time. Each bonus has its own applicable terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or a deposit of ৳42,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed only once, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to cash.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, newpluck reserves the right to cancel the bonus and withdraw any associated winnings.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• newpluck reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6. Gaming Policy

All games on newpluck are operated according to fair play principles. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and transparent.

6.1 Game Cancellation and Technical Errors

If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be fully refunded. Any abnormal winnings or figures displayed due to a technical error are not valid and will be cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 VIP Program
